Logistics Coordinator - FTC
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator for a Fixed Term Contract up to 18 months. This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of the Logistics, Order Processing and has excellent organizational skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a key role in processing customer orders, handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring seamless order deliveries.
Key Responsibilities
* Process customer sales orders through the ERP system
* Manage the customer service inbox and respond to inquiries
* Resolve customer complaints related to shortages, breakages, and incorrect products
* Process customer credits and ensure prompt issue resolution
* Coordinate and book customer deliveries efficiently
* Respond to customer queries via phone and email
* Perform general administrative duties to support the logistics function
Skills & Experience Required
* FMCG experience is advantageous
* Strong order processing background
* Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
* Experience working with 3PL's
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
* Exceptional attention to detail and time management
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
You will be joining a fast paced, dynamic environment within a close knit and supportive team. This is a hybrid role where you will be in the office 2-3 days.
Salary bracket is £32,000 - £38,000 + bonus and benefits
