Ingeteam, a leading company specialized in the conversion of electrical energy and the development of electrical equipment, motors, generators and frequency converters, is looking for a Electric Vehicle Chargers Business Director in our United Kingdom subsidiary. Mission: Lead the expansion of the Electric Vehicle Chargers Business in the United Kingdom in a profitable manner. Its main challenges include work related to: Define the commercial strategy of the Electric Vehicle Chargers (EVC) Business Unit in the UK (pricing, conditions, product, channel, dissemination). Coordinate and supervise the risk control criteria (legal, economic, operational) of contracts. Direct negotiation and closing of commercial operations for certain Key Accounts (KAM). Define marketing strategy and control the assigned commercial and marketing budget (expenses and investments). Participate in the strategic plan and annual management plan of the EVC Business Unit and Ingeteam UK subsidiary. Specifically monitor the objectives of the annual management plan identified for their area of responsibility. Monitoring and supervision of the after-sales director at Ingeteam UK, aligning and coordinating this activity with purely commercial activity. Prepare those reports and activity monitoring reports defined by the EVC Business Unit Management and/or Ingeteam UK Management. Prepare annual expense budgets and control them. Participate in the development of the product plan together with R&D and other areas. Organise, direct, coordinate, and supervise the human resources assigned to their area of responsibility. Advise, train, and motivate the staff under their charge in the development of their functions. Propose improvement actions in work systems and procedures. Promote fluid, transversal, and vertical communication between the different areas involved in Ingeteam UK's activity, as well as with the global management team of the EVC Business Unit in Spain. Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and procedures in Occupational Risk Prevention, Quality, Environment, and Information Security from their role. Skills & Experience: Demonstrated experience in sales as Business Development Management in e-mobility sector in the UK. Experience to maintain key customers (KAM appreciated) Knowledge of Electric Vehicle Chargers market in UK: players, brands, products, CPO’s, distributors, manufacturers, events, etc… Knowledge in EVC charger technology. Experience managing a Sale and After sales team Experience in public tenders and attending Exhibitions and Seminars Experience defining sales strategies and market study. Capable to do market prospection and to identify key opportunities Electrotechnical / electrical Engineering degree IT skills (Office pack, CRM, Teams, SAP) Personal Attribbutes: Teamwork person Enthusiastic, honest, hard work, responsible, proactive, commercial attitude Social network capabilities Availability to travel and drive across the UK Benefits: International working environment.
