Key Responsibilities: Project Delivery: Lead and contribute to IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and cloud transformations. Technical Support: Provide 3rd line support, troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues across systems and applications. Cloud & Virtualisation: Manage cloud environments (Azure, AWS) and virtualisation platforms (VMware, Hyper-V). Network & Security: Oversee network infrastructure and implement security best practices to protect business data. Mentoring & Knowledge Sharing: Support and mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning. Key Skills & Experience: Proven experience as a Senior IT Engineer or in a similar role. Previous MSP experience (3 years minimum) Expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365, and Exchange. Strong knowledge of Azure, AWS, or other cloud platforms. Hands-on experience with virtualisation technologies (VMware/Hyper-V). Solid understanding of network protocols, firewall management, and security frameworks. Experience with PowerShell, Bash, or other scripting languages. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
