To be a successful Residential Children's Support Worker, you will:
* At Least 6 Months of Paid Experience: You'll need recent experience working with children in a UK residential care setting as a support worker.
* Compassionate and Caring Nature: A genuine desire to make a positive impact on the lives of children and young people.
* Ability to Work with Complex Needs: Experience supporting children with autism, learning difficulties, and complex needs is essential.
* Teamwork Skills: You'll be working closely with a dedicated team of support professionals.
* DBS Check: You will need a current adult and children Enhanced DBS check (on the update service).
* A Valid Driver's License: Driving license is mandatory and business car insurance is essential.
