What you'll do
As the FM Commercial Insights Manager at Sainsbury's, you will play a crucial role in supporting commercial strategic decision-making by providing detailed commercial FM analysis to ensure value-for-money FM services. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Completing cost verification of extra to contract spend
2. Maintaining commercial governance processes
3. Managing commercial rate cards and benchmarks to support cost verification
4. Combining strategic and operational approaches with qualitative and quantitative data to drive strategic objectives
5. Tracking savings targets and identifying areas for efficiency improvements and cost reduction
6. Innovating solutions to commercial and operational challenges through data application
7. Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to ensure best practices in commercial analysis are met
Who you are
As the FM Commercial Insights Manager, you are a highly experienced professional with a strong background in commercial data analysis, ideally in the FM sector. Your exceptional analytical skills, commercial mindset, and ability to communicate effectively make you adept at providing cost verification and clarity, analysing trends, and devising strategic solutions through qualitative and quantitative data analysis. With your stakeholder management expertise and innovative approach, you play a crucial role in supporting commercial strategic decision-making and ensuring the effective management of the FM revenue budget.
