Job Title: Cover Teacher Greenwich Location: England, Greater London, Greenwich Job Type: Temporary, Part-Time hours Primary Industry: Education and Training Salary: £148 - £174 Per day Job Duties: Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans to students in the absence of the regular teacher Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment Manage classroom behaviour and ensure student engagement Provide feedback to the regular teacher on student progress Complete administrative tasks related to teaching duties Required Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Experience working in a classroom setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt to different teaching styles Education: Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field Experience: Minimum of 1 year of teaching experience Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of the UK National Curriculum Strong classroom management skills Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all students Preferred Qualifications: Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) Experience teaching in a diverse classroom setting Working Conditions: Work is primarily in a classroom environment Part-time hours on a temporary basis May require standing for long periods and some lifting of materials All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
