This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced or aspiring Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join thier team of passionate and energetic staff to support high quality teaching and learning across the schools. A successful HLTA will be someone who: Demonstrate their ability to work both as a member of a team and individually Can demonstrate an awareness of the needs of our students Has a good level of education with appropriate literacy and numeracy skills Possess good communication skills both verbally and written A positive attitude and drive are also very important to us. You will be expected to provide cover for absent colleagues at short notice and be confident in working with a variety of people. Key attributes for this role are reliability and flexibility.
