Key Responsibilities:
1. Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day running of the healthcare service, ensuring it operates smoothly and efficiently within CQC regulations and company policies.
2. Team Leadership: Inspire and manage a team of care professionals, fostering a positive work culture that promotes personal development and high-quality person-focused care.
3. Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with CQC regulations, policies, and procedures. Regularly audit and improve care services in line with best practices.
4. Client Care: Promote a person-focused approach, focusing on individual needs and preferences ensuring care plans are regularly reviewed to enhance the quality of life for our service users.
5. Risk Management: Identify and manage risks, maintaining a safe environment for both service users and staff.
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a CQC Registered Manager in a complex homecare setting.
* A strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance requirements.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships.
* Willingness to travel for client visits.

Qualifications
* Previous experience as a CQC Registered Manager in a complex homecare setting, strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance requirements, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
