For our London office we are looking for a highly skilled
PA | VIP manager
Work description:
* Booking of hotels, transfers, flights etc. incl. negotiating with suppliers
* VIP service - follow up services from providers, incl hotel management
* Structuring travel itineraries for HNW/UHNW clients
* Other admin: preparing trips incl. restaurant reservations, activities and more, following up on invoices, post on social media etc.
* Support of the leadership on a day-to-day basis, e.g.arranging client meetings, internal admin
Qualifications:
* Minimum five years of experience from e.g: high-end hospitality company, travel planning, concierge service, events planning, PA role or similar.
* Insight and interest in high-end/luxury providers within hospitality services, arts etc.
* Personality: service oriented, proactive/driven, attention to detail and structured
* Preferably a university degree
