About The Team Our Web & E-commerce Team is responsible for creating and maintaining an engaging and accessible experience across Native Instruments' websites. By optimizing the user journey from product discovery to purchase and beyond, we enable creators to find, buy, and learn about the tools they need to express themselves. Your Contribution You'll work in collaboration with product managers, engineers, and other designers to discover and deliver customer-centric experiences across our web products. You'll create interfaces and experiences, from broad concepts down to pixel-perfect design specifications. Through interviews and data analysis, you'll identify customer and business needs, and deliver elegant design solutions that satisfy both. You'll conduct user research and tests (e.g. A/B tests) to improve key website metrics like revenue growth and new customer acquisition. You'll articulate and document design decisions, specifications, and guidelines. You'll apply and contribute to the overarching web design system. You'll help shape the design culture at Native Instruments by advocating for the user and promoting user centered design. Our Ideal Candidate You have a successful track record of designing and shipping web products. You have a portfolio of work which showcases your UX design process, as well as strong interaction and visual design skills. You are able to present and explain ideas and design solutions to stakeholders and colleagues through compelling stories. You have a proactive mindset, looking for ways to make the user experience both easy to use and visually appealing, solving user problems effectively and elegantly. You know and apply best practices and standard patterns, but seek opportunities to elevate the user experience beyond them.
