Job Purpose
Reporting to the Managing Director, the Bid Support & Marketing Manager will support the sales team with the creation of compelling customer-facing documentation and manage the company’s social media activity, SEO, website, and presentations.
This role involves creating, leading, and delivering the Sales and Client Services strategies for the Company regarding Premier Inn Hub, other major fit-out hotel and accommodation projects, and assisting with leading opportunities within the wider EU. The aim is to drive performance and grow opportunities while delivering exceptional levels of service and integrity to our clients.
It is expected that you will assist the Heartbeat team to win, manage, and deliver key major projects within the UK and Europe.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required

Key Responsibilities
* Work with technical and sales teams to create accurate and compelling proposal and bid content for customer submission
* Support the completion and timely submission of customer NDA and confirmation letters
* Review customer RFP/RFI questions and scoring, ensuring responses meet customer requirements
* Provide coordination support for larger RFP/RFIs and customer proposals
* Collate, submit, and distribute customer qualification questions
* Explore bid library for previously created content suitable for ongoing customer engagements
* Verify and submit completed RFI/RFP/tender responses to customers within required timescales
* Manage and update presentation templates and standardized content
* Produce on-brand imagery and diagrams to complement and support written content
* Monitor Buyer Framework portals for suitable opportunities
* Create SEO and PPC performance reports
Social Media Management
* Manage the approved calendar/schedule of events
* Develop compelling content in line with the calendar/schedule
* Regularly update the website with news and other content
* Assist with the development of case studies and white papers
* Manage LinkedIn and other social media platforms
* Support the development and implementation of multi-channel marketing campaigns
* Create interactive campaigns to facilitate lead harvesting
* Produce compelling on-brand imagery for online content
