You’ll build a trusted categorypartnership with key Forecourts and High Street retailers in theImpulse Channel through developing and delivering inspiringcategory solutions & recommendations that generate categorygrowth and KP share growth. You’ll take ownership of keyinternal category processes including internal and external PeriodReporting and providing ad hoc analysis to support our sales teamdeliver its objectives both internal and external. You’ll be thevoice of Symbols and Independents in the business; ensuringcustomer trends and opportunities are being shared and shaping thedevelopment of business opportunities. What’s in it foryou? As Category Manager, what will you bedoing?
Customer-Focused CategoryManagement
* Act as a Category Advisor in theForecourts and High Street channel, building strong partnershipsand leveraging insights to influence change and drivegrowth.
* Optimize customer planograms, updatecategory selling packs, and deliver insight-based opportunities andreporting to enhance credibility andvisibility.
* Manage IRI Circana data and developtailored category reporting to support businessneeds.
Driving CommercialExcellence
* Lead the Perfect Store agenda, aligningcategory insights with sales and marketinginitiatives.
* Support account planning, trade brandswithin NPD, and embed customer learnings into key businessprocesses.
Building CategoryCapability
* Tailor and embed the Total Category Visioninto customer engagement tools andtraining.
* Support sales teams with training andtrade engagement, enhancing category-based selling through ProjectSea Levelinitiatives.
