Responsibilities:
As our External Sales Manager, you'll be the face of the brand, responsible for promoting and selling high-end milking equipment directly to farms and through a extensive dealer network. Your role will be pivotal in establishing and expanding the market presence in the UK.
1. Sales Strategy and Execution:
2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
3. Cultivate and manage relationships with farmers and dealers, providing expert guidance on our high-end milking solutions.
4. Product Knowledge:
5. Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of our milking equipment, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor to clients.
6. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our cutting-edge technology.
7. Market Research:
8. Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to inform sales strategies.
9. Identify new business opportunities and areas for growth within the livestock sector.
10. Customer Relationship Management:
11. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing product information, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
12. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and resolve any issues promptly.
13. Sales Reporting and Forecasting:

Qualifications:
16. Proven track record in external sales, ideally within the agricultural or livestock equipment sector.
17. Strong understanding of the UK livestock farming industry and its challenges.
18. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
19. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
20. Willingness to travel extensively throughout the UK.
