About the Role:
Lead a team of advisers in the Healthcare Helpline team to ensure all work is distributed in a way that enables them to deliver efficiently, and that all operational KPIs are met across all regions. Support the Healthcare Helpline Manager with strategic targets. Each day is different so you’ll need to be adaptable and flexible, but because of this, you will truly be appreciated by your customers, patients, and team.
What You Will Be Doing:
* Provide empathetic and professional support to service patients, families, and clinical leads.
* Maintain inbound call service level agreements.
* Manage home oxygen order forms throughout the day and input into the front-end system within SLA.
* Assist with the day-to-day implementation of team objectives and support the management of team members and their individual and team performance.
* Assist with the recruitment and selection of new employees.
