Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-4pm
Role Type: 2 month contract
Hourly rate: £12.50 per hour
gap personnel Bristol are currently recruiting for a Full-time Administrator in Amesbury with an immediate start.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Supporting our branch by answering the phone & sourcing candidates for our client.
2. Managing recruitment campaigns including the social media pages while building strong relationships with candidates and maintaining company values at all times.
3. Approaching candidates with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring excellent levels of communication throughout the recruitment process.
4. Providing excellent customer service via telephone and through all e-mail and SMS communications.
5. Pre-screening candidates, booking candidates in for interviews, ensuring excellent communication throughout, interviewing, and conducting week surveys in week 2 and week 4.
The Candidate:
1. Admin experience, ideally within a warehouse environment.
2. Computer literate - confident using basic Excel spreadsheets.
3. Ability to work as part of a team or individually.
4. Energetic and positive 'can do' attitude.
5. Excellent communicator both verbally and in writing.
6. Good problem solver.
7. Attention to detail.
