Description of role: TWI provides competence-based welding and inspection training and qualifications to meet a wide range of industry needs, working with customers worldwide and servicing several sites within the UK and overseas. We are looking to appoint a Receptionist/Business Support Administrator to work alongside our current team. This role is onsite Monday – Friday, working 8.30am – 4.30pm. Main duties and responsibilities will include: Meeting and greeting visitors, contractors and students Contractor inductions Updating staff, visitor, contractor and student registers Answering telephone and e-mail enquiries Checking voicemail messages Multi-tasking and prioritising incoming work to meet internal and external customer requirements and working to tight deadlines Organising travel arrangements for members of staff Arranging meeting rooms and catering bookings Franking post and booking shipments/courier for collection/delivery Keeping spreadsheet records updated General office administration and additional duties as required Applicants must have related experience and possess excellent organisational skills. You will demonstrate strong attention to detail and possess the ability to multitask. You must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
