Key Responsibilities:
* Payment Collection: Manage payments using manual and automated processes.
* Credit Card Fraud Detection: Monitor and investigate fraud using third-party platforms such as Adyen and Stripe.
* Refund Processing: Approve and process refunds through both manual data entry and automated systems.
* Knowledge Distribution: Provide process-related information to team members, answering FAQs via email and on request.
What We’re Looking For:
* A graduate with at least 1 year of experience in a corporate environment.
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
* A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering quality work.
* Highly motivated with a strive for excellence.
* You are legally allowed to work in Poland.
* English is our company language and so fluency is a must. German is an advantage.
