As Leadership Development Coach, you will contribute to the design, development, and delivery of a range of leadership and behavioural development activities; facilitating knowledge, inspiring learning, shifting behaviour, and influencing mindset.
Use your Learning and Development skillset to design and deliver learning pathways to meet the needs of the organisation and learners at all levels, meaning leadership capability can be efficiently, consistently, and sustainably developed
Utilise your Coaching and Mentoring skills to equip, challenge and support them to use Organisational Development initiatives and tools that will drive engagement and performance
The successful Learning & Development Coach will have:
