What skills and experience we're looking for
27.5 Hours per week - Permanent - Part Time Position (all year round)
Based at Wilson Primary School - 1.00pm to 6.30pm - Monday to Friday - To start as soon as possible
Oxford Road Community School & Wilson Primary School are beautiful Victorian schools with a rich history. We are looking for an assistant caretaker, to work alongside our Federation Premises Manager, to continue to maintain the condition of the schools, ensuring a safe, clean and positive environment.

You should have:
• Good practical and general DIY skills
• The ability to problem solve
• Ability to work with external contractors and manage holiday and term time maintenance works
• Good organisational and prioritisation skills, flexible and with a willingness to work out of hours as required.
• A proactive and positive person who can build good working relationships and be part of a dedicated team

Your employment is with the Wilson/Oxford Road Federation and will initially be based at Wilson Primary School, but you may be required to travel during the course of your work. You may be required to work at any other location within the Federation.
