The crux of your role will be designing, developing, and maintaining distributed software systems and collaborating with your colleagues, some of whom are in the US, Australia and mainland Europe. As you'll be one of the senior engineers, you'll be conducting code reviews and helping improve the development processes, as well as mentoring the more junior engineers. What experience do you need?
