We are seeking to recruit a dynamic individual to join the UK Administration Department as an FMIE Admin Supervisor. The successful candidate will report directly to the European Administration Manager and be responsible for supervising the Reception teams at our Maidenhead and London offices. Additionally, they will oversee the UK and Irish car fleets and collaborate closely with our vendors and service providers to ensure continuity of services. Supervision of the UK Reception Teams ensuring the efficient running of the reception services. Administration of the UK and Irish company car and car cash allowance schemes. Preparing and issuing fleet related reports within defined timeframes. Assisting with service contract reviews and implementation of new vendor accounts. Overseeing and monitoring vendor performance, ensuring that services are provided in accordance with agreed SLA’s. Ensuring that departmental procurement activities are compliant with company policies and procedures. Reviewing and approving fleet, corporate mobile and service-related invoices. Ensuring departmental procedural documents are regularly updated Provide backup cover and take the lead in the absence of the European Administration Manager. Support the European Administration Manager with projects and initiatives. Proven supervisory experience. Experience of car fleet administration, corporate mobile phone and service contracts is essential. Team player with the ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with internal stakeholders. Able to continually prioritise workload and multi-task. Strong analytical skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail. Self-driven and able to independently carry out research to find solutions to challenges. Project and vendor management experience. Able to develop strategic relationships and deal confidently with vendor Account Managers. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to communicate effectively in a corporate environment. Highly proficient in the use of Excel and MS Office applications.
