Location: Motherwell
Rate: £16.10 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, (mornings 24 hours per week)
Duration: More than 6 months (Initially until April with the intention to be long term)
A world-leading industrial gases and engineering company require an administrator to provide support at their plant in Motherwell. This is a temporary role likely to last at least 6 months or more.
The Role
1. Provide administrative support to branch personnel.
2. Responsible for material requisitions, liaising with suppliers and procurement to ensure timely progression of branch activities.
3. Maintain all site documents and notices across all aspects of Safety, Health, Environment and Quality.
4. Responsible for hours management system of the site engineering team.
5. Support all departments with clerical duties.
6. Process customer paperwork/invoices in SAP.
7. Reception desk duties including registering visitors and conducting security checks.
8. Check contractor inductions & access control cards.
9. Update company records & databases and provide other basic admin support.
Requirements
1. Familiarity with SAP.
2. Previous admin experience that includes data management.
3. Competence in using computer packages, especially Microsoft Excel.
4. Methodical worker with good attention to detail.
5. Technically and professionally competent, with analytical and conceptual strengths.
6. Organised with a high level of personal integrity.
