They are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Content Manager to lead and develop their content strategy. This role will shape their brand and drive student recruitment. You'll lead a team, mentoring them in producing exceptional content.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement integrated content strategies.
* Measure and improve campaign performance.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to develop compelling content.
* Manage the content calendar and social media activity.
* Build and execute a media relations strategy.
* Lead and mentor a team of content professionals.
* Stay up-to-date with digital trends.
* Champion best practices across the university.
Requirements:
* Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
* Experience in developing and implementing multi-channel content strategies.
* Experience managing teams and meeting deadlines.
* Strong understanding of content management systems and SEO.
* Data-driven approach to content creation and analysis.
* Excellent writing and communication skills.
* Project management and organizational skills.
* Strong stakeholder management skills.
* Proficient in Office 365.
* Willingness to work flexible hours and travel.
Desirable:
* Understanding of the higher education market.
* Marketing qualifications (e.g., CIM Diploma).
* Experience with photo and video editing software.
* Experience with scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite).
Benefits:

* Salary: £37,999 - £45,163 per annum.
