Training Enrolment Advisor
Location: Hybrid - 1 day per week at our Fort Dunlop offices, B24 9FD (usually a Tuesday)
Salary: £24,500 - £27,000 per annum, DOE + Excellent Benefits!
Contract Type: 12-Month Fixed Term Contract

Job Purpose, Tasks and Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
* Developing and maintaining excellent standard of product knowledge.
* Proactively responding to web enquiries, referrals and leads within agreed service levels.
* Providing information on ICA products and guide customers through the enrolment process, promoting the benefits of training and advising on career progression.
* Supporting customers in submitting expressions of interest, reviewing suitability, and verifying evidence to confirm eligibility for courses.
* Using multi-channel outbound engagement methods to maximise learner recruitment, lead conversion and customer retention to meet business targets.
* Working closely with the Marketing team to implement learner recruitment strategies and support briefing events as required.
* Continuously striving to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
* Collaborating with the Enrolment team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
* Ensuring website course information is accurate in collaboration with Marketing and Learning Support teams.
* Completing supplier contracts and provide necessary onboarding documentation.

This is a customer-facing position, giving you the opportunity to guide learners through their training journey.
You will play a key part in promoting ICA products and services to a global audience while also engaging with internal teams to enhance learner recruitment strategies.
What's the Most Challenging Thing About This Role?
You will need to handle a high volume of calls, emails, and web chats, requiring strong communication skills and the ability to stay organised.
Staying self-motivated in a fast-paced environment is essential, as is having strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you must have:
* Experience dealing with a high volume of inbound and outbound communications, preferably in a sales or lead generation environment.
* Experience working to targets and service levels.
* Strong customer service skills, including confidence in proactive client communication.
* Good organisational skills to manage multiple enquiries efficiently.
* Ability to remain motivated while handling high call volumes and live chat interactions.
To be successful in this role, it would be great if you have:
* Experience working with operational systems.
