RECfinancial are currently shortlisting exclusively for this Lutterworth based business as it looks to recruit 2 Account Administrators on an ongoing Contract basis, which will role into the summer of 2024.. This role is commutable from Hinckley, Lutterworth, Rugby etc.

So what does the Account Administrator role involve?
Processing and monitoring Supplier Invoices and Credits
Raising suspense notes.
Chasing suppliers for Held items.
Chasing suppliers for Proof of delivery
Liaising with Suppliers to resolve any document queries.
Processing and monitoring Expense Invoices and Credits, raising queries where required.
Effectively supporting the other departments such as Commercial, Finance to name a few, to increase operational efficiency within the business.
So what skills are we looking for in the Account Administrator role?
You will have experience within an office environment ideally.
You will be organised with the ability to plan your workload, have an aptitude for figures, good IT skills.
GCSE in English and Maths.
