Position Overview
This role involves supporting the coordination and delivery of field-based service projects, ensuring efficient scheduling, clear communication with stakeholders, and timely resolution of queries. The Project Administrator will work closely with engineers and management to help maintain high service standards across all active projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and monitor ongoing field service projects to ensure timely completion
* Manage and update engineer schedules to ensure adequate resource allocation
* Handle incoming enquiries via phone and email, logging and distributing jobs accordingly
* Provide administrative and customer service support for ongoing contracts
* Record and process engineer reports and documentation for invoicing and payment
* Ensure work orders meet contract terms and deadlines
* Assist with internal KPI tracking to support performance reviews
* Contribute to team cross-training for greater operational flexibility
* Carry out regular admin tasks such as data entry and report formatting
* Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
* Raise any issues or concerns promptly to the appropriate person
* Carry out additional tasks as required by management
* Adhere to internal compliance procedures and company policies
What You'll Need to Succeed
* Previous experience in a similar role, ideally in a service or project-focused setting
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills
* Confident user of Microsoft Office applications
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A professional, customer-first approach
