Our client, a leading consultancy in the Highways and Transportation Planning (HTP) industry, is seeking an experienced Associate Engineer to join their team. As an Associate Engineer, you will play a vital role in delivering infrastructure projects and contributing to the growth and success of our client's business.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with project teams to provide technical expertise and solutions for infrastructure projects within the HTP sector.
2. Lead and manage the design and implementation of transportation and highway projects.
3. Develop and utilize best practices, standards, and methodologies to ensure high-quality project delivery.
4. Contribute to the preparation of technical reports, specifications, and contract documents.
5. Provide support and guidance to junior engineers and technicians.
6. Ensure compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and health and safety procedures.
7. Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to successfully deliver projects.
Job Requirements:
8. Significant experience in infrastructure design and engineering within the Highways and Transportation Planning field.
9. Strong knowledge of relevant software and tools.
10. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
11. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
12. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with stakeholders.
13. Understanding of relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards.
14. Problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound engineering decisions.
15. Relevant degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
