Nursery Manager Location: Bryanston Nursery, London, W1H 7AH (West End – 2 minutes from Oxford Street, Hyde Park & Marble Arch Station) Salary: £38,000 - £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience and qualifications) Hours: 36 hours per week over 4 days (Monday – Friday) with 1 rolling day off per week. * Building strong relationships with parents/carers and other important individuals in each child’s life.
* Collaborating with the Senior Team and Regional SENDCo to continually improve the quality of childcare and education, including supporting the inclusion of children with additional needs and/or disabilities.
* Ensuring strict adherence to the nursery’s child protection policies and procedures, safeguarding children’s well-being, and following Child Protection Procedures when necessary.
* Promoting healthy lifestyles and support children in developing positive attitudes toward food and nutrition.
* Maintaining professional relationships with advisory teachers, schools, area SENDCos, and other agencies as needed.
