As an Early Careers Development Manager, you will: Own the early careers development programme strategy for Graduates, Apprentices, and placements. Establishing, maintaining, and reporting upon agreed KPI's - some of which are based around ensuring completion of programme within specific timescales. Be the point of contact for all graduates and apprentices undertaking route to professional qualification, business wide. To coordinate the Graduate and Apprentice Development programmes, including technical competency framework, soft skills and qualification pathways. Design and delivery of learning initiatives, across multiple platforms, including virtual and face to face. Management of graduate rotation and milestone tracking. Working closely with Sector/Service Leads to ensure the Graduate & Apprentice programme delivers against identified needs. Working closely with and creating programme guidance for the business/Line Managers to ensure the full development programme process is followed, ensuring consistency across the business. Development, design and delivery of all training and guidance to Line managers to help support the individuals on programme and ensure Apprenticeship ESFA requirements are met. Act as mentor for apprentices in the business, providing support and signposting where needed. Build and maintain relationships with Apprenticeship training providers to ensure adequate support is received by individuals. Manage relationship with relevant professional bodies (e.g. RICS) and associated external training providers. Annual evaluation of programmes, gathering feedback with recommended improvements assessed and implemented. Work closely with the Future Talent Acquisition team to ensure smooth transition of employees into the business. Work with the business to identify and develop 'Graduate' Programme to support individuals post qualification. Partnering with the wider Academy team, develop a diverse network of confident and capable technical mentors to support our new talent on their learning journey and into their first staff positions. Qualifications and Experience: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent organisational skills Course design/delivery with grad/apprentice programs beneficial Proven success of delivering and evaluating training sessions Proven success of leading and managing graduate & apprentice programmes - Beneficial Comfortable with process management and able to prioritise work effectively. Background in professional services advantageous Proven ability to problem-solve and juggle multiple priorities. Proficient using Microsoft Office suite inc.
