Rowlands Pharmacy is seeking a talented and experienced Pharmacist Manager to join our team at the Wem Branch. As a reputable, community-oriented pharmacy chain, we are committed to providing the highest standard of care to our patients. This branch is staffed with an experienced team including an ACPT and 3 Healthcare Partners, providing excellent service from their location in a shopping centre. Dispensing around 6,500 items per month, this is a moderately quiet branch. The branch utilises Medipac robotic distribution technology, allowing more time to focus on patient care.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage daily pharmacy operations, ensuring exceptional patient care and compliance with regulations.
* Lead and support pharmacy staff through guidance and training.
* Dispense medications accurately and ethically.
* Provide medication counselling and support to patients.
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
* Conduct medication reviews and ensure safe medication management.
* Maintain accurate records and manage inventory.
* Provide immunization services where applicable.
* Advise on over-the-counter medications and healthcare products.
* Participate in health promotion and public health initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
* Registered Pharmacist with the GPhC.
* Experience in community pharmacy, management experience preferred.
* Strong commitment to patient safety and care.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Knowledge of pharmaceutical products and healthcare trends.
* Flexible and positive problem-solving approach.
