We are seeking to employ a Conveyancing Assistant to be based in Redruth.
This role would be ideally suited to someone who is undertaking their CILEx exams or has prior experience working as a conveyancing assistant. You will be responsible for assisting the fee earners in administration tasks on their matters and other general tasks within the department.
Key attributes:
* Calm under pressure, ability to prioritise and time manage effectively.
* Good communication is key between staff and clients.
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word & Excel).
The role is full-time Mon-Fri 9.00 am-5.15 pm (with a 1-hour lunch break).
Our client deals with a full range of conveyancing transactions from straightforward freehold sales and purchases through to equity release, shared ownership and help to buy.
You will be an excellent communicator with proven technical and organisational skills, and you will be accustomed to working under pressure to meet challenging deadlines. You will have an eye for detail and be meticulous in your work.
