The candidate will perform basic to general secretarial or clerical duties related to the department functions. Responsibilities include receiving telephone calls and personal inquiries, handling them independently or directing to another party, managing incoming mail and email, answering routine correspondence, maintaining a daily calendar, making appointments, typing letters, running reports, and assisting in maintaining files and records. This is an entry-level support role.
The candidate will provide administrative and evaluation support to the director and managers. Specific duties include patient data entry/scanning, data preparation, data analysis, forms filing, scheduling staff/department meetings, and taking minutes, along with other assigned tasks. Coordination of eBASIS related customer services and troubleshooting, as well as training registration and scheduling, is also required.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Process and scan patient survey forms and transcribe patient feedback based on department guidelines.
* Prepare outcomes reports under the direction of the department Director.
* Provide coverage for eBASIS customer service: respond to eBASIS clients about questions with services being received; and update eBASIS Training Modules as needed.
* Contribute to ongoing department research projects including literature review, data preparation (Excel), manuscript review/proofreading, and slide preparation for presentations.
* Perform preliminary data analysis using SPSS or MS Access under the direction of the Director.
* Organize and coordinate meetings/conferences.
