What you will be doing as a B2 Licensed Engineer:
* Oversee certification of Base and Line maintenance for avionics systems, ensuring compliance and meeting deadlines for group and customer aircraft.
* Apply troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance skills to ensure safe and efficient operation of Executive Aircraft.
* Collaborate across departments for smooth communication and efficient coordination.
* Manage time effectively, ensuring maintenance schedules and operations are met.
* Foster a positive, collaborative team environment and maintain high morale.
* Adapt to high-pressure situations with strong problem-solving abilities.
* Lead major base maintenance checks, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and high-quality maintenance.

* Hold a B2 License
