To be successful, you will have at least 5 years post qualified experience or equivalent in Residential Conveyancing. What the job involves; Manage a full caseload of varying value and complexity, advising on a range of residential property matters, from instruction through to post-completion. Maintain and develop a strong relationship with a wide range of clients and referrers. Effectively and proactively manage staffing provision and everyday matters that arise within the team including, timekeeping and holiday authorisation. Ensure the appropriate allocation of files within the team. Be actively involved in the development of the department – this will include training and supervising, strengthening existing client relations and liaising with colleagues in other departments. What you need; At least 5 years’ experience working as a Solicitor, Legal Executive, and Licensed Conveyancer or experienced Conveyancer in Residential Property. Have excellent knowledge of relevant law and practice. Pride yourself on being detail-driven, have excellent communication skills as well as motivated & organised team-player.
