In this role you will add value to PXP by:
As a Partner Account Development Manager, you will play a critical role in developing and nurturing strategic partnerships. Your primary focus will be on driving growth through partner relationships by maximizing value, fostering collaboration, and identifying opportunities to enhance mutual success.
By leveraging your in-depth knowledge of the payments industry and your ability to build strong partner alliances, you will contribute directly to the company’s revenue growth and market presence.
A typical week as a Partner Account Development Manager might involve:
* Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key partners, ensuring alignment with their business goals.
* Collaborate with partners to create and execute growth strategies, including upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
* Track key performance indicators to ensure targets are met and opportunities for improvement are identified.
* Equip partners with the tools, training, and resources needed to succeed.
* Work closely with sales, marketing, product, and operations teams to address partner needs and align on goals.
* Represent the company at conferences and networking events to strengthen partner relationships and identify new opportunities.
* Analyze partner feedback and market trends to inform product development and business strategy.
* Act as the primary point of contact for resolving partner challenges, ensuring swift and effective solutions.
* Support decision-making by preparing financial models and strategic recommendations for partner initiatives.
We are looking for someone who:
* Has proven experience in the payments industry: A strong background in partner management, payment processing, or financial services is essential.
* Understands payment solutions and partner ecosystems: Knowledge of e-commerce, acquiring, and financial regulations is critical.
* Demonstrates a track record of success in partner account management: Experience driving growth through strategic partnerships, achieving revenue goals, and improving partner satisfaction.
* Possesses excellent relationship-building skills: Able to build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
* Is a proactive problem-solver: Skilled at identifying challenges and providing actionable solutions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
* Has strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities: Capable of using data to inform decisions, develop business cases, and identify growth opportunities.
* Is an effective communicator: Strong presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
* Thrives in a collaborative environment: Enjoys working across departments to achieve shared goals and drive success.
We would love someone to have any of the following:
* A second language, particularly relevant to the EMEA region, is a strong plus.
* Background in managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects across various geographies.
* Experience in developing and executing partner enablement programs, including training and resource development.
