As a Land Agent, you will manage multiple institutional and private estates, focusing on estate management, business development, and project implementation.
They will consider candidates of all levels.
Responsibilities:
1. Day-to-day estate management.
2. Oversight of agricultural, residential, and commercial tenancies.
3. Identification and execution of maintenance programmes.
4. Development of diversification strategies.
5. Digital planning and implementation.
6. Contribution to team development and internal process enhancement.
7. Collaboration with other departments for new business opportunities.
Requirements:
Essential:
8. Previously worked as a Land Agent or in a similar role.
9. Experience in managing estates or willingness to do so.
10. RICS qualification.
11. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
12. Ability to manage portfolios and tenanted sectors.
Desirable:
13. CAAV qualification.
14. Post-qualification experience.
15. Background in rural valuations and business development.
16. Registered valuer experience.
