What your role is
An exciting opportunity to join the team as a Leaning and Development Business Partner. You will be responsible for building and executing a comprehensive learning strategy that aligns with the evolving needs of the business. You will work closely with key stakeholders across the International segment, including business leaders, talent, and HRBPs to ensure that learning initiatives are prioritized, aligned and effectively delivered to the learners.
This role requires a highly motivated and result-oriented individual with a passion for learning and development. You will be a strategic partner with strong project management skills and will need the ability to work autonomously and influence others. Accountabilities:
1. Learning Support: Build the Learning and Development strategy and execute the learning needed to support the business needs with a Focus on Marketing and Commercial Capabilities.Deliver segment and functional level learning on key capabilities and skills needed in the commercial functions of the International segment.This role will be responsible for orchestration and the project management of learning moments for the International Segment.Identification of internal and external content solutions, and optimal modalities to build capabilitiesIdentify opportunities to embed learning in the flow of work allowing employees to be upskilled with the right learning at the time of need.Represent the nuanced learning needs of key markets to ensure appropriate learning is deployed to priority markets.
2. Connection: Represent International with the Commercial L&D team and represent Commercial L&D as a core member of the International HR Team.Must partner with Learning Managers Globally in Commercial Pillar teams to share learning being built by functional L&D teams.Partner with the Enterprise Development Team to deploy learning areas like Invest in Manager, Professional Development, and Global Impact.Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the International Segment (business team leaders, talent, and HRBPs) to ensure prioritization, alignment on key learning needs, and effective communication of the learning opportunities.
3. This role requires the ability to work across the Global Talent learning team and work through others that you do not have direct managerial responsibilities over.

4. Education – Bachelor’s degree highly preferred
5. Experience of creating and driving a clear strategy built supporting multiple leaders and stakeholders.
6. Ability to work in an ambiguous role
7. Proven ability to analyze needs, prioritize solutions, and effectively communicate scope, timelines, and adjustments as priorities evolve.
8. Excellent interpersonal, facilitation and consulting skills. Ability to assess needs, influence, collaborate, deliver and partner at all levels of the organization.
9. Strong Verbal and written communication, group facilitation skills and project management skills including a proven track record of leading large,complex projects using standard project management practices and tools
10. Ability to work autonomously and achieve through others without direct authority.
