Job Description:
Lead, Grow, and Excel.
Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for healthcare communications? Do you thrive on building strong client relationships and leading teams to success? This Senior Account Manager role offers the chance to lead two key accounts, one focused on medical education and the other on scientific collaborations. Combined, these accounts represent a significant portfolio with excellent growth potential.
What You’ll Do
1. Own the Numbers: Take charge of the account's financial health, forecasting revenue and ensuring projects deliver on budget.
2. Orchestrate Success: Lead a diverse portfolio of projects from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution and exceeding client expectations.
3. Be the Account Expert: Develop a deep understanding of every project and confidently advise clients on strategic optimizations and potential opportunities.
4. Elevate the Work: Review and refine materials with a critical eye, ensuring they are strategically aligned, scientifically sound, and surpass client objectives.
5. Anticipate and Navigate: Proactively identify potential challenges and opportunities, providing strategic counsel to both clients and internal teams.
6. Cultivate Talent and Growth: Mentor and motivate junior team members, fostering their growth while actively seeking new avenues to expand the business.
What You’ll Need
We are looking for candidates who understand and implement a proactive, client-focused approach at all times and who set the standard as a positive role model for more junior members of the team. You will need to be able to apply consistently high standards, tailor your style according to the audience, present confidently, and develop and build relationships with clients, offering strategic counsel and guidance.
