PageGroup are delighted to support a prestigious and highly successful logistics business based in Stafford with the appointment of a People Advisor vacancy for an 18 month interim contract.
The role can offer hybrid working - 4 days onsite and 1 day home per week.
Description
Working at a busy Distribution site, reporting to a HR Manager, the role of People Advisor is a busy and fast-paced generalist role, supporting a wide range of stakeholders with the full people lifecycle including but not limited to:
* Deliver HR support and advice to managers and employees
* Support the HR Manager implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals and values.
* Foster a positive working environment through effective team development practices.
* Collaborate with the HR team on projects and initiatives.
* Ensure compliance with all HR policies and regulations.
* Handle high volume and complex employee relations issues promptly and professionally.
* Participate in recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
* Facilitate training and development programs for staff.
Profile
Ideal candidates for this role will have a proven background in a similar People/HR Advisor role.
