Making sure our customers have a smooth running experience is the main aim of our central operations team.So whether it's about keeping track of our stock, customer orders, or everything in between, with your brilliant Sofology knowledge you'll help make sure our customer journey is always incredible.A day in the life of… A central operations administrator, you'll spend your time doing so much more than just admin Here are just a few of the things you'll be getting up to:You will be responsible for keeping our systems aligned to ensure that the customer can always be the focus.Our Stockfile accuracy is paramount to keeping stock moving through the full life cycle and you will play a huge part in this.Some orders need to be manually invoiced when they have failed systematically you will help to keep the business revenue accurate.Our stores need to be replenished to keep freestock moving out of the business and you will support in keeping this stock moving.As our store display ranges are regularly refreshed you will help to orchestrate the movement of the amazing new products into stores ready for sales.Many areas of the business may come to you for support to help them keep a customer journey on track so providing ad hoc support will be one of your many skills.Sometimes stock is not of a quality to be sold through one of our stores and it needs to exit the business and you will play a part in making it happen.Many of our customers chose to pay by finance and on occasion amendments are required so you will support the process to enable us to match our customers needs.You'll leave no stone unturned on your quest to give your customers the rock star treatment, challenging the 'we've always done it this way' mindset at every opportunity.We sell our pristine stocked items through various channels and you will help ensure our pricing is accurate to help move the stock out quickly.You will ensure help with orders corrections when a customer journey doesn't go as planned and amendments, cancellations and/or refunds are required.Ex customer stock needs to move quickly to the right destination. You will work through a grading criteria to ensure this happens.You will provide support for our retail stores with any administrative functions they cannot self serve.In an ideal world…You don't need to have extensive administration experience to join us.
