Who They’re Looking ForYou’ll be a driven and organised individual with at least one year of experience in a Residential Property Team. You’ll be someone who:
* Has a keen eye for detail – Ensuring accuracy in all aspects of conveyancing transactions.

* Communicates with confidence – Engages professionally over the phone, in writing, and in person.

Your Role & Responsibilities
* Providing direct support to a Licensed Conveyancer on a variety of residential property transactions.
* Engaging with clients and third parties to ensure smooth progression of transactions.
* Managing time recording and fee-earning responsibilities.
* Assisting with mortgage work and other legal disciplines involving residential property.
