Key Responsibilities
* Assembling Equipment: Accurately assemble equipment by interpreting blueprints, engineering drawings, and other technical instructions.
* Manufacturing Hydraulic Systems: Manufacture hydraulic systems, ensuring cleanliness and precision.
* Quality Control: Monitor and control materials to detect and address defects.
* Team Collaboration: Guide and support team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
* Safety Standards: Uphold safety standards and report any hazards or risks immediately.
* Improvement Initiatives: Participate in improvement initiatives such as Lean principles and 5S methodology.
* Daily Briefings: Attend daily briefings and contribute to discussions about operational improvements.
* Quality Output: Maintain high-quality output and ensure products meet required standards.
Qualifications and Experience
The ideal candidate will have:
* Essential Qualifications: Time-served apprenticeship, NC in a relevant subject.
* Essential Experience: Proven background in a mechanical-based profession.
* Desirable Qualifications: Higher education in a relevant subject.
* Desirable Experience: Experience in assembly or manufacturing environments.
