Objective
Manage all facilities and maintenance for smooth operations of the resort, leisure centre, spa, and staff accommodations. Ensure high standards, control budgets, and identify improvements.
Key Responsibilities
1. Facilities & Maintenance
o Oversee maintenance of resort facilities, grounds, and hot tubs.
o Ensure compliance with heating, lighting, and pool standards.
o Lead refurbishment projects from start to finish.
2. Financial Control
o Manage expenditures and payroll within budget.
o Optimise stock control and maximize profit margins.
3. Health & Safety
o Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
o Conduct risk assessments and manage all safety documentation.
4. Team Leadership
o Coach and develop staff, manage performance, and maintain effective communication.
5. Pool & Hot Tub Care
o Maintain equipment and monitor chemical levels.
o Ensure compliance with health regulations for pool and plant rooms.
