We are looking to recruit an Internal Office-Based Mechanical Services Estimator to join our team in Yateley, Hampshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a intermediate estimator.
About the Role:
As an Estimator, you will play a key role in pricing and preparing estimates for mechanical services installations, including:
✔️ Air conditioning
✔️ Ventilation
✔️ Plumbing
✔️ Heating systems
Your responsibilities will include:
* Reviewing and interpreting consultants’ drawings and specifications to compile accurate take-offs and estimates.
* Liaising with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure cost-effective solutions.
* Working on projects ranging from ÂŁ50k to ÂŁ1.5m, ensuring competitive and precise pricing.
* Supporting the existing team, contributing technical expertise, and assisting in project management.
