Job Description
Summary
I am a friendly 40 year old woman, looking for a dedicated and proactive personal assistant to help manage both my household and administrative tasks. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right person to make a real difference in my day-to-day life.
The role involves assisting with household organisation and helping me keep things running smoothly at home. You will support me with various housework tasks to ensure that the home remains tidy and functional. Additionally, you will help with managing paperwork, bills, and other correspondence, including tasks related to tenancy, utilities, and budgeting. Your organisational skills will be essential in keeping everything in order.
Another important aspect of this position is providing secretarial and administrative support. You will assist me with managing appointments, handling emails, and taking care of other administrative responsibilities that help the household run efficiently. Your attention to detail and ability to keep everything organised will be highly valued.
In addition to household and administrative duties, I am seeking someone who can support me with family matters, particularly when it comes to understanding and managing my children's behaviour. Together, we will work on strategies that foster a positive and nurturing environment. I would also love your help in planning and encouraging fun, creative activities that engage the children and support their growth and development.
The ideal candidate for this role is organised, reliable, and able to take initiative. Experience in administrative tasks, paired with good communication skills, is important. However, just as crucial is having a compassionate and patient attitude, as you will be involved in the dynamics of a busy family. I would love someone who is eager to contribute ideas, especially when it comes to supporting the children's development and planning enjoyable activities.
This role will be deeply rewarding for someone who is not only professional but also warm-hearted and enthusiastic about creating a positive, well-organised home environment. If you are looking for a position where you can make a real impact and build meaningful connections, I would love to hear from you.
