Role Overview: We are looking for a passionate, enthusiastic, and experienced Teacher of Mathematics who has a track record of success in delivering GCSE-level content. The ideal candidate will hold a related degree and a full teaching qualification (PGCE or DTTLS) and have experience teaching within the Further Education or Schools' sector. Newly Qualified Teachers are also encouraged to apply. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and delivering an inspiring and carefully sequenced curriculum for both 16-18-year-olds and adult learners. Classes may be held across multiple campuses and during both daytime and evening hours. Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging, high-quality mathematics lessons to a diverse range of learners, ensuring progress and achievement. Implement up-to-date teaching and learning methodologies, both in the classroom and through online learning platforms. Collaborate closely with the English and Maths coordinators and Head of Department to continue driving the success of the curriculum area. Adapt teaching methods and assessment strategies to meet the diverse needs of learners from various vocational backgrounds and support requirements.The Ideal Candidate Will: Have a related degree and teaching qualification (PGCE or DTTLS). Have experience delivering GCSE Mathematics content. Be confident in implementing modern pedagogy and technology-enhanced learning techniques.
