Executive Search Consultant – London (mostly remote)
We are representing a rapidly expanding global executive search firm, who exclusively focus on providing executive talent to private equity backed software companies, undergoing major transformation and growth.
With a business that has built it's reputation upon delivering the best talent through their strong research led approach and extensive global professional network; they have had 100% growth in the last 24 months with a specific increase in the number of Campaign Search clients they have onboarded, as well as an increase in the number of senior level appointments made at their multi-billion-dollar software clients.
To supplement the growth and strengthen their already very successful team; they are looking to appoint a further Exec Search Consultant to deliver the world class end-to-end search process to their clients globally.

Core Duties & Responsibilities:
• Research and provide support in meetings with target clients (pre instruction)
• Participate in client briefing calls and meetings, take full job descriptions, agree key role criteria and client process.
• Manage the day-to-day relationship with the customer and maintain oversight and ownership of the entire customer lifecycle from instruction to successful completion and candidate onboarding.
• Act as primary focal point for client senior management and develop strong, long-term relationships.
• Monitor Search deliverables against plan and address any project shortfalls.
• Ensure that all client documentation including Engagement Letters, Statement of Works (SOW), Search Reports, Candidate Reports and company literature is of a high standard, consistent and issued to clients within the agreed timeframes.
• Identify and target candidates for client assignments by utilising resources available on the internet such as LinkedIn, company websites, delegate lists, white papers etc.
• Manage the whole candidate experience from booking first screening calls with target candidates and conducting a qualification call ahead of a follow up VC or f2f meeting thorugh to candidate starting on site.
• Create and update engagement letters, candidate reports and search reports ready for submission to the client.

Our client is looking for someone who has a passion for tech recruitment; alongside the desire to offer the highest level of service. You will have a track record of headhunting, mapping and securing quality candidates for clients, ideally within the SaaS, software/tech or fintech sectors, delivering mid to senior leadership appointments on a retained basis, as well as business development experience.
