Reporting directly to the Events Manager, your role will be integral to ensuring the seamless planning and execution of corporate and commercial events at Longleat, including our flagship calendar projects. Key duties will include: Planning and deliver corporate, fun day and commercial events, and key calendar projects and events. Supporting with the development of future events Composition and management of Health and Safety documentation of events and projects, including Risk Assessments and Method Statements Coordination of project schedule, resources and equipment to ensure the project is delivered on time and safely Day to day management of status reporting and delivery, with effective communication to the Project Owner Contractor, supplier and entertainer welfare coordination at all phases of projects and events, including accommodation and catering supplies Evaluation of project and event success against its objectives and sharing lessons or best practice with the programme board About you Your previous experience in project and events will ensure you deliver and execute the role seamlessly. You will have a full UK driving licence to enable you to get around our expansive estate You are used to working under pressure, whilst maintaining excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
