Job Description We are looking for a dedicated and proactive AOG/CLS & Air Export Agent to manage high-profile, time-sensitive shipments in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities AOG/CLS Responsibilities: Handle urgent and high-pressure shipments with efficiency and accuracy. Proactively identify and implement solutions for service disruptions, keeping customers informed and offering alternative options. Build and maintain strong relationships with service providers, including airlines and trucking companies. Evaluate vendors at defined intervals, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective action plans. Ensure adherence to internal policies, operational process standards (OPS), and external regulations. Continuously assess department process flow to identify areas for improved efficiency. Air Export Responsibilities: Receive, prepare, and route shipments in compliance with customer requirements Manage freight receipt and processing to ensure timely and accurate shipment execution. Monitor shipments throughout transit to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction Willingness to learn and develop expertise in: - Road Freight - Imports WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU: Exceptional Customer Service: Exceeds customer expectations by anticipating, understanding and meeting needs. Product Agent Job-Specific Performance Expectations Timely and Accurate Shipment Processing: Ensures smooth and timely freight process flow according to Expeditors' operational procedures. Follows customer's standard operating procedures and proactively notifies customers of any issues. Consistently meets KPI standards, as per company's procedures. Timely and Accurate Data Entry: Ensures accurate and timely data entry into our operational systems according to Expeditors' operational procedures and customer requirements. Monitors exception reports for quick data integrity resolution. Timely and Accurate Billing and Accounting: Invoices customers the expected charges timely and accurately and according to Expeditors and customer requirements. Properly provisions service provider charges to avoid reserves. Follows proper credit approval processes in order to minimize risk and protect the company.
