Principle Accountabilities
1. Invoicing
2. Parts management
3. Outstanding work orders
4. PPM
5. Contract works/quotes and contract specific administration roles.
6. Work alongside operational management teams
7. Manage the administrative functions associated with FM service accounts.
Key Experience Required
8. At least 2 years of experience in management and administration
9. Invoicing experience mandatory
10. Proven experience as a service desk manager
11. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
12. Excellent organisational skills
13. Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software
14. High attention to detail and work with a high degree of accuracy
